226-17: To establish guidelines and requirements for the City Council involvement in Mayoral appointments under City Code chapter 3.4.
102-17: To designate a NO PARKING ZONE space between 23 and 27 Lunenburg St. Designate 2 HR Parking between 8am-8pm spaces from Moran Apartments to 23 Lunenburg St. to accommodate businesses and patrons.
103-17: To install a catch basin at 86 Tibbett Circle to address the water build up.
49-17: To identify options for a safer polling location for traffic and pedestrians to replace the current ward 5 (Mart Intermodal Station).
45-17: Review all NO RIGHT TURN sign locations and remove those that are unnecessary.

111-06: To not raise the property tax in the City of Fitchburg, for the fiscal year 2007 to more than 2.25 percent.
82-06: To require the registration and inspection of all residential rental property within the city of Fitchburg. The purpose of this ordinance is to insure that residential units are properly maintained, to require landlords to comply with the City's Housing Code and to protect the lives and the property of City residents.
83-06: To implement the necessary technologies to have all forms, applications, instructions, directions, payment methods and public communications from all departments in City Hall to be on-line.
84-06: To include the following information: name, age, sex, race and address of all Level 2 and 3 sex offenders sorted by address with water and sewer municipal bills (residing in Fitchburg only).
161-06: To establish a Memorial Monument and Flag pole to commemorate Fitchburg's first police officer to die in the line of duty, Officer Kenneth Boyd Bell, to be located at the intersection of Wanoosnoc Road and Water Street.
113-06: To establish a Sex Offender Residency Prohibition Ordinance and restrict any person categorized as level 2 or level 3 in the MA Sex Offender Registry Board from having permanent or temporary residence within 1000 feet of any public or non-public school, daycare, library and park.
Adding Chapter 148-1 Sex Offender: Residency Prohibition to the Code of the City of Fitchburg.
Voted to add additional personnel to the police and fire department.
Opposed excessive increases in water and sewer rate.
